I’m a musician and writer from Surrey, Beautiful British Columbia

I’ve been teaching guitar and piano lessons for over a decade and play over half a dozen instruments

I earned my degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and had brief stints running a sheet music transcription service and performing as a wedding player

The perspective I came away with is that the freedom, fulfillment, and fun of playing music just for the love of it is already there in all of us

Works in progress include Learning Music, a book about multi-instrumentalism from a cognitive science perspective, and LAWV, an instrumental piano album based on my wedding sets
